Custom connector is not working anymore since 2 days.
I tried multiple connectors, existing and new.
multiple browsers, enviroments and office tenants.
Can it be due to updates?

Currently, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. The user @CamSims has faced same issue with you, please check the following thread for more details:

I think this issue may be related to the updates on Custom connector in PowerApps. Please consider submit an assisted support ticket for further help through the following link:
