Other users cannot run PowerApps Flow in Canvas app

I have a simple canvas app that approximates a database front end and uses SharePoint lists as the tables.  In the app I created a flow to capture the displayed data (SharePoint lists) and create and output an HTML file saved to the Shared Documents space in the same site as the SharePoint lists.  I have a single data connection which contains both the hooks to the SharePoint lists and the flow.  I've shared the SharePoint site and the PowerApp with everyone.  Since there is an issue with sharing apps before the flow is added or after modifying it, I re-shared the app per the MS help.  Everything runs fine for me and all the users except I'm the only one that can run the flow.  The simple flow and error are below.  I've given one of my test users owner permissions for the flow. They can see it in automate, but it still does not run for them.  There is no option in the Details of the flow to select 'Run only users' since its not a manual trigger flow.  I'm assuming when the flow is run from the app it is using my connection and the flow is trying to run using the other users info.  Any help would be great.

Thanks,

Mick

    Hi @MickFleetwood ,

Are there any Premium connectors in the Flow and is the app in your Default environment where the affected users can already run other apps? Also I assume all SharePoint Lists accessed by the Flow have been shared.

@WarrenBelz No premium connectors.  We're all in the same environment and everyone has User permissions to the app and contribute permissions to the SharePoint site.

Update.  I set this whole thing up in an entirely different account in a different environment.  It works just fine there.  All the users can run the flow and export the file as advertised.  Seem this is the symptom of a incorrectly configured environment or permissions within the environment.  I'll go to the provider to see what's up.  Thanks for putting some thought into this.

    Thanks @MickFleetwood ,

Environment configuration was high on my list of possibilities.

In this case, if the flow were to use premium connectors, would each user that runs the flow through the app need their own premium license?
