Hi,How can I use these collection values? It says that "Invalid argument type (Table). Expecting a Text value instead."
Sometimes I'm amazed how simple feeling things are made so hard in PowerPlatform in general: "No programming needed".

The following should return what you're looking for:
Notify(First(varOrderCollection).ClientName)
A collection is a table of records and it is designed generally to store multiple records. Therefore, varOrderCollection.ClientName is not valid syntax because it does not specify exactly which row in the collection you want to retrieve.
What if you wanted to retrieve the second and not the First?

Index(varOrderCollection, 2).ClientName
