Flow based on forms answers

Hello all,

 

I am trying to create a flow that connects to Forms.

The form will be 8 questions of Yes/No options. I need to send a notification email in case ANY of those answers is a yes. If all answers are no, then no email notification is needed. I tried a couple of different ways but couldn't get it to work.
