Move items between two galleries

Hello.

I have two Dataverse tables and two galleries. These galleries display rows from those tables. The OnSelect property in the first gallery patches another table with data from the selected row. How do I need to filter the first gallery to ensure that it does not display rows that are already in another table.

For example in this screenshot questions 2 and 3 must not be displayed.

    Hi @ppl111

    To filter the first gallery to exclude the rows that are already in another table, you can use the NotIn operator in your Filter function. The NotIn operator returns true if a value is not found in a collection or table.

    For example, if your first gallery is based on Table1, and your second gallery is based on Table2, and you want to filter out the rows that have the same QuestionID/QuestionTitle in both tables, you can use this formula in the Items property of the first gallery:

    Filter(
     Table1,
     Not(
     QuestionID in Table2.QuestionID
     )
    )

    This will display only the rows from Table1 that do not have a matching QuestionID in Table2.

    If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know. Have a great day! 😊

    Hi @ppl111

    Try this:

    With(
     {_QuestionsTable : Questions },
     Filter(
     QuestionnaireItems,
     Not(
     QuestionID in _QuestionsTable.QuestionID
     )
     )
    )

    I assume both tables are Sharepoint Lists?

    Your formula should be:

    With(
     {_QuestionsTable : Questions },
     Filter(
     QuestionnaireItems,
     !(QuestionID in _QuestionsTable.QuestionID)
     )
    )

    If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know. Have a great day! 😊
