    Hi @Karinahd ,

To use Excel table as data source, a prerequisite is it is formatted as a Tabel. So, you can get specific field value by defining row ID (the unique key column value) and a specific column name. Take below table as example:

If I want to get the value in D4 which is 1035, then in PowerApps I need the formula:

    LookUp(MyTable, A001 = 3, A003)

    Hi v-jefferni

I still cant get it to work for me. My data is formatted as a tabel.

My formula keep saying "wrong" and marking all red.

    Your formula:

    LookUp(MyTable, A001 = 3, A003)

    LookUp(Mytable -so far Im in.

, -now the red line appears

A001 -is the name in B2 right?

    = -more red lines

3 -this is the value in B4 right?

    , A003 -the wanted value

My formula would in that case be:

    LookUp(Tabel2, Type = Brugsplæne, Maj)

There will appear red lines by ( and the first ,

    Why?

    Hi @Karinahd ,

    Please try below formula instead:

    LookUp(Tabel2; Type = "Brugsplæne"; Maj)

Here using semicolon as the separator because you seems like in a EU environment. Document for reference:

Global support in Microsoft Power Fx - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn

And we use double quotes to include something to indicate it's of type Text. Brugsplæne is a Text value within your Excel table. Type and Maj are column names for referencing dynamically, so they are not included by quotes.

    Best regards,
