Can we make the wrapped app available for users outside the azure ad?I want to make the app available for local active directory is it possible?
Yes it is possible to make the app available outside the Azure Active Directory. But you need to add the member as guest in the same Azure active directory.
Local active directory is not possible to my knowledge.
Wrap effectively creates a mobile 'container' (a wrapper) that runs and contains your actual canvas app - so you still need all the normal requirements for opening a canvas app (Azure Entra ID account with a Power Apps license [free or other])
This is why the wrapped item also keeps up to date - the thing on the inside, the App(s), will update whenever an update is made to the original Apps within the cloud
