Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi all,

I'm new to the power platform and to D365. I'm trying to trigger a flow on approval of a project in D365 Fin & Ops. I'll then want to access project fields as dynamic content. I've looked into the only trigger available for the 'Fin & Ops Apps (Dynamics 365)' connector, which is 'When a Business Event occurs'. This allows me to select my D365 environment but doesn't seem to have anything that I can use to access the project entity.

Both the deprecated 'Dynamics 365' connector and the 'Common Data Service' connector show me the Power Platform environments, not the D365 environments (which seem to be different things?). So I'm really not sure how I can access what I need.

Any advice about how you'd go about creating a flow like this and what I might be missing would be appreciated.
