Error Message when submitting PowerApp

Hello!

I have built a canvas powerapp for my internal users to use. The data source is a SharePoint list. I have been testing and I have two users who are getting the error message in the screenshot. They have correct permissions in the SharePoint site & list and also have the PowerApps shared with them but they are still experiencing issues with the app on their mobile device. Anyone know what could be the reason other than permissions. Any advice or help is appreciate. Thank you!

Did you check if they have the correct permissions?

They might have access to view records but not edit or create them.
Go to the List Permissions and verify that their group has Contribute permissions.

If you’re using the default Members group, make sure it’s set to Contribute as well — not just Read.

I would check and add them also to List Permission as contributors and test it

also check with them many times users who use mobile device got Connector authentication problems

When users open the app on mobile, it sometimes caches your credentials or fails to re-authenticate.
    Ask them to:
Open Power Apps mobile app → Settings → Sign out
Sign back in with their M365 account
    Reopen the app

do you have Item Level permissions on in the list ?

I'm running from ideas here as this is Access denied to list nothing alse

I will give that a try with them.

I have the List Permissions inherited from its parent site. (it's a dev site.)

@SebS I went ahead and tested adding the user (part of a security dynamic group) as Contribute and the user did not receive the error. Also advised for them to sign out of powerapps and then signed back in. But I think the issue was with the permission being set to Edit instead of Contribute.

Why would it make a difference that the user has Contribute permissions?
