I'm not sure if these problems are caused by the cache. The problem disappears when I clean the cache or refresh the page, but it may recur after a while
I have had this issue when any of the following happened:
network connection cut out while loading,
using out dated internet explorer intermittently,
when the firewall was blocking things he app tried to connect to,
when there were permission issues.
Usually refreshing it resolves it and it is usually related to network connection. I also get it after my organisation sometimes makes me change password. I would say that this is not a common issue for me. However anything i mentioned has caused it for me in the past. did any of that happen for you or did your login credentials change 🙂
