Simple question on email reminders for approvals

Hey there,
 
So I am wanting to set up approval reminders, which I've googled and it doesn't look complicated to use a Do While. My question is every screenshot seems to show sending the email, and then the delay :
 
 
Does this not mean the first reminder will be sent out immediately? Should the delay not be first? Thanks much.

    Yes, I put the reminder email after the Do Until. I also use 2 Do Until loops. If you don't use two loops and a counter you'll end up waiting for the full time of your delay AFTER the item is approved.  So I use a shorter delay and a counter so I can interrupt the looping when the Approval is completed. It looks like this.

    Ah I just ended up tossing in an extra Delay, to be safe. I was unsure if swapping the other delay/email would work or not :
