Power Apps Excel Connectivity Error

I see this weird issue while connecting my excel table to PowerApps canvas app. The excel is hosted in SharePoint Online site. The table got only ID, First Name and Last Name columns. Has anyone ever experienced this problem? When I switch to different SharePoint site, it works. But client wants the excel to be hosted on the site where its not working. What could be the problem with this site?
