Hello team,

Can you help me find a solution? it turns out that I have a cloud flow that for each new mail is activated and generates files and responds in the mail, but it turns out that I have problems when more than 1 mail arrives at the same time, I would like that until a run is not finished does not continue with the next, it is important to mention that I have PA liciencia so I am open to any possibility.

It does not work giving a time to wait because it depends on the file and its weight will be the time it takes, some are in seconds others take up to hours that's why I need to go one by one.

Hours? A flow (except approval shouldn’t take that long). Maybe we can tune that as well. For your question. You usually can set it in the settings of the trigger.

Ok is that the flow runs a tool that converts PDF to a specific excel, then sometimes very large PDFs are sent which take longer, look at this is the parent flow and I need the executions to go only 1 to 1.

As mentioned you can use the settings of the trigger to handle this. Set Parallelism to 1 and the other runs should wait for the previous one to finish.
