When it's false, the message is not being sent to 'teams'

Currently, in the if statement, the message is sent to 'teams' if it's true, but it's not sent to 'teams' if it's false. Can you provide any assistance with this issue? Thank you in advance.

Hi @hermechin

You may try formatdatetime() function to convert the dates in same format for comparing the values. For example, you may try the below expression in "Date" column to convert to yyyy-MM-dd format. You need to write an expression in the expression box to apply the date format function:

formatDateTime(item()?['Date'],'yyyy-MM-dd')

Similarly, write an expression for the right-side date variable to make it compatible for comparison.

Hello,

Can you please provide the details of the teams action.

Also can you please provide an image of when it was false, and shouldn't have gone to teams, does its go into the false side of the condition (No) and does the teams action show a green checkmark or a red x?

This is great, the pictures, but I'd like to see a run history of each, as I'd like to see if when its No it even tries to trigger the Teams (goes to the proper path) or not.

Hey 🙂

Unfortunately your sending images of the flow itself. I'd like to see a time when it ran, so that we can see why it didn't send with a no.

I am wondering if when its a No, there is an error in the Condition so it never gets to the No section.
Go here and find one where the answer was No, and lets see if it went to the No section or if it was an error before, and thats why, which is my guess.

Click on the history of the runs until you find one in the no, or in an error before the No. You may need to purposely cause a No. Run it manually and make sure the Condition would be No.
As you can see here I can see that my actions succeeded. We need to verify on yours when it didn't send No, what happened.

Hmm

So in the no side, you get the green check like it worked but you don't see the message.. ok thanks for the clarification for me.
