Hello and greetings,

 

I have a document folder in SharePoint site, I want a flow which reads the files in the folder and then sends an email, attaching those files.

 

At the moment, I am losing the file type while sending the email. Although the file is an excel file, the file type in the email is not excel.

Any help would be great!

    Hi Sibangi,

     

    Try to get the 'metadata' and 'file content' using the SharePoint actions and send the mail by adding the name and file content to the mail attachment which you got it from the previous actions. Also refer the below image for a clear picture.
