i am confusing because i have problem about my task.
I make system with 5 status, waiting approval, approved, rejected, on progress and closed.
So after user add status become waiting approval and system send email to approver and its actually success but after that approver must choose approve or reject on email, if approver reject or approved i set system must send email to requester with same attachment but its failed.
