I have 2 flows that use the same trigger "When an item is created", I turned off one of them (named flow A) in 2022/6/21, and the other one (named flow B) triggered in 6/22 and 6/24 when someone create an item in list, but when I turned off flow B and turn on flow A in 6/26, the flow A start to run by the 2 items, it's very curious, could you help explain what condition will make it happen?

It's a very common issue with power automate, it usually happen but if you really want to sort it out you can run flow A based on condition, for example run a flow only when it met a particular version on the sharePoint list item.
