Reference model driven app root url from a custom page/canvas app

I would like to reference the root url in a custom page so I can open/download an image that is stored against a custom activity. I am using this custom page in multiple environments so my root url changes. Is there a power fx function that will return the root url?

I want to use Launch for something like this:

Launch("[my_rooturl].crm.dynamics.com/api/data/v9.0/slp_observations(230c1204-4f61-ed11-9562-000d3a4d6049)/slp_attachment/$value")

The only thing I can think of is to save the root url as an environmental variable.

Has anyone encountered this and find a solution?

As suggested above, adding an environmental variable works well, especially when using ALM pipeline advancement.
