My Flow is stuck at the Run Flow stage

I have a flow that is manually triggered on a document. When I trigger the flow, it is stuck on the Run Flow stage (See attached). It is trying to connect, but all I see is the spinning circle. I don't see any errors when I edit the flow. Any ideas on how I could debug this?

The flow is being manually triggered, but is not moving past the connecting stage. It does not give me the option to actually run the flow. The button should appear where it currently says connecting. It just hangs at that point.

You still need to perform the trigger action to start the flow. Unless the trigger is a schedule or a flow button/manual trigger then it still needs its inputs to be able to start. So, trigger from the document or re-trigger a past run to use its inputs.
