Enter a Date into DatePicker in MSForm

Hi,

I am new to Power Automate and trying the Desktop Automation.

I am unable to add the Date into the Date Picker field in the MS Form.

Tried using the Populate text activity, but got the below error.

Error: Parameter 'Text to fill-in': Argument 'Text' must be 'Encrypted value'.

Any thoughts on how to achieve this?

Thanks!

    Hi @Anonymous

    This trick is not to use the datepicker but enter the date directly into the field.  Hopefully you can see my demo animation below

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Thanks for the revert. I am trying yo do that and got a different error.

    Error: Failed to assume control of Chrome (Internal error or communication failure).

    I have tried the process mentioned here.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/using-browsers#configuring-google-chrome

    I have checked the community for a similar issue. But there is no proper solution.

    Any idea on how to resolve this?

    Thanks!

    @Anonymous ,

    This error could be due to Chrome taking some time to reposnse. In the launch chrome action, try setting the error handling to retry 5 times at 5 sec interval.
