No item to display - sharepoint data

Hi everyone,

I'm meeting a problem with my App.

When I launch it for the 1st time everything is Ok, I click on "New Audit" and it display my sharepoint table, I fill all field but when I push the "SAVE" buttom to validate my data, I can see quickly a faded page with the following text "No item to display" and it displays the start page. If I want to perform a new record, I click on "New Audit" and it displays "No item to display" instead of the formulary !?!?

Can you help me please ?

The formula in the Onselect is : SubmitForm(FormNewCase)

OK, that would seem correct, assuming that the form is correct.
Difficult to help more without a deep dive...

But what is the reason when I return on the home page and I click on "New Audit" I can't see my formulary ?
Does it come from the "New Audit" button ?

Then you should check what is in the New Audit button OnSelect property...
