Hi Team,

I have on pagination and set threshold maximum 3,000 in "Get Files" in power automate to have 3000 files. but I noticed strange behavior, I am getting around **3065** files.
also tried with top count as 3000 but still getting same count of files.

I don't understand why am i getting 65 files extra ?

I also did exercise with different count.

Threshold 1000 + Top Count 1000 = 1065
Threshold 1000 + Top Count nothing = 1065

Threshold 2000 + Top Count 2000 = 2065
Threshold 2000 + Top Count nothing = 2065

Threshold 3000 + Top Count nothing = 3065
Threshold 4000 + Top Count nothing = 4065
Threshold 5000 + Top Count nothing = 5065

and for **example** if keep threshold as **5000** in this condition also it takes 5065 files and it fails in apply to each

Could you please help me in this.

    Hey @jyotiRajpurohit

When Power Automate executes the SharePoint “Get Items” action, it will call SharePoint and fetch 100 items. If we define the threshold as 5, Power Automate will fetch the data once and get 100 elements so it won’t discard the other 95 items. The same with 102, where it will fetch twice and return 200 items.

If you want to have a specific number of records, you should use the “Top Count” parameter if available.

    Hi @CFernandes
I have added all conditions. I tested with different count.

I noticed. there is no use of top count.

    Threshold 1000 + Top Count 1000 = 1065
    Threshold 1000 + Top Count nothing = 1065

    Threshold 2000 + Top Count 2000 = 2065
    Threshold 2000 + Top Count nothing = 2065

    same goes on....

No need to Add Threshold or Turn on Pagination.

Just add Top 1000. I did a test on my end and I get correct results.

    Hey @jyotiRajpurohit

I will try to test today evening - In the mean time can you please remove the filter Query and Try?

    Yes sure
I tried filter query for "ContentType ne 'Folder'" because if i don't add content type it will give the counts for folders.
