Hello guys!

I have a database with 20k+ records , the gallery I have in PowerApps has some filters applied but also delegation.

I was planning to create at least 3 collections to cover the max rows by month (6k records), however I need the values to be exported so I created the flow with Power Automate and it's working but only exporting the delegation limit (which it's fine because of tool performance) but ,

Is there a way to skip the records that were exported and then export the ones that loads in the gallery after that?

Should I add something like an Identifier that a records was already exported?

@IvanCast Yes, you cannot go over the data row limit.

The data row limit actually has two concepts, suppose the max of 2,000 records:

1. Delegation. When it's non-delegable, it takes the first 2,000 records only, then applies the filter.

2. Data row limit - - Even if it's delegable, all records are processed in data source, but only the first 2,000 filtered records are returned. This is on a per function basis.

On a per-function basis there is the Data row limit. That includes when using YourFlow.Run. No function can call more than the data row limit in Canvas App.

If you already have 3 collections, and they have distinct values, you may simply have 3 formula lines, one for each collection, calling Run on three separate lines with each, then it may work.

Then you may not need any identifier.

If you need to know if it was exported before and to exclude them from being processed again for export, you may need the identifier and then you set the identifier probably from Power Automate or you can also do it from the Canvas App on the entire collection as well. However if you also have the identifier you may exclude these items before even sending them to Power Automate via the Canvas App Run function as well.
