I would like to make a flow that would add a row to excel which would record the current date, time and Currrent Web page title or alternatively the whole URL. Thanks!

Current Web page means the page you are viewing on other window?
I think its difficult to get information about Web page automatically.
If you have URL, you can use HTTP action (premium) and get information about the Web page.
If you dont have URL or if you are not premium user, I think you should use other tools or record information manually.
