ReportNoticed two possible bugs in the new TeamsApp, don't know where to report these.
1) TeamsApp - menu colors do not adjust to dark mode.
2) Delimiters are not localized in the blank app. Even though app menus and delimiters are localized, the delimiters used in the default code are not. Here the delimiter in code is ";", in the default app's code is still in ',' and it causes errors. Have to fix them manually.
