Download visual data as an excel file via flow button directly from power Bi service

I need some help with power flow. I need to export data contains millions of rows from the Power BI service to an excel format directly to the local system without giving any specific path in a flow. Well I had covered the scenario that export visual data as an excel/CSV which have 1000 rows limitation and I have exported on SharePoint at some location but I don't want it to be on any location online, I wanted to export it to directly to the system from power BI service. Following the flow, steps covered my recent scenario.

    How did you manage to export more than 1000 rows? Could you show me the "Append to array variable" step details? I'm just trying to do the same.

     

    I'm just a begginer with this, but... have you tried creating a file with File System?
