I have a SharePoint list that was customized using Customized Forms, the form is working fine on the SharePoint List.
I have the following scenario, if I edit an item from the list and perform an OnSelect action on a Button that has the following structure
SubmitForm(SharePointForm1);
SubmitForm(SharePointForm1_1);
SubmitForm(SharePointForm1_2);
Patch(VistaApplication,SharePointIntegration.Selected,{Phase:{Value:"Second Qualification"},
HR_Qualification_1_CompletedDate:Text(Now(),"dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm"),
initiative_and_responsibility_Q1_Score:Switch(DataCardValue17.Selected.Value,"Strongly Disagree",-2,"Disagree",-1,"Neutral",0,"Agree",1,"Strongly Agree",2),
challenge_at__Q1_Score:Switch(DataCardValue16.Selected.Value,"Strongly Disagree",-2,"Disagree",-1,"Neutral",0,"Agree",1,"Strongly Agree",2),
Any_new_learning_Q1_Score:Switch(DataCardValue18.Selected.Value,"Strongly Disagree",-2,"Disagree",-1,"Neutral",0,"Agree",1,"Strongly Agree",2),
critical_thinking_skills_Q1_Score:Switch(DataCardValue19.Selected.Value,"Strongly Disagree",-2,"Disagree",-1,"Neutral",0,"Agree",1,"Strongly Agree",2),
Others_succeed_Q1_Score:Switch(DataCardValue20.Selected.Value,"Strongly Disagree",-2,"Disagree",-1,"Neutral",0,"Agree",1,"Strongly Agree",2),
why_you_wan_Q1_Score:Switch(DataCardValue21.Selected.Value,"Strongly Disagree",-2,"Disagree",-1,"Neutral",0,"Agree",1,"Strongly Agree",2),
Score_Q1:Sum(Switch(DataCardValue17.Selected.Value,"Strongly Disagree",-2,"Disagree",-1,"Neutral",0,"Agree",1,"Strongly Agree",2),
Switch(DataCardValue16.Selected.Value,"Strongly Disagree",-2,"Disagree",-1,"Neutral",0,"Agree",1,"Strongly Agree",2),
Switch(DataCardValue18.Selected.Value,"Strongly Disagree",-2,"Disagree",-1,"Neutral",0,"Agree",1,"Strongly Agree",2),
Switch(DataCardValue19.Selected.Value,"Strongly Disagree",-2,"Disagree",-1,"Neutral",0,"Agree",1,"Strongly Agree",2),
Switch(DataCardValue20.Selected.Value,"Strongly Disagree",-2,"Disagree",-1,"Neutral",0,"Agree",1,"Strongly Agree",2),
Switch(DataCardValue21.Selected.Value,"Strongly Disagree",-2,"Disagree",-1,"Neutral",0,"Agree",1,"Strongly Agree",2))});
The application performs the Submit and the respective Patch, so far so good.
OnSelect
SharePoint List on Webpart
Then I create a new page in SharePoint and add a webpart that includes the list with a customizable form, when I edit any item, the form only updates the 3 SubmitForms, but does not perform any of the Patch actions.
Has anyone experienced this type of scenario? Would it be better to integrate some Power Automate Flow to ensure the updating of the records? I attach an image for reference.
Any kind of help is welcome.
