Can't see the On-Premises Gateway for adding SQL connections in PowerApps! I can do that in powerBI!

Hi, 

 

I can see my available connection over the on-promises data (as Super Gateway) in admin center, but when I want to add a new connection, i.e. SQL, I can't see any gateway available for me. 

I checked the region, Region for Gateway is Default (North Europe) and I created an environment for that as Europe as well. (No option like North Europe was available!). So the issue is not for Region I assume. 

Regarding the Licensing, I do have per User License. 

Can somebody help me figure out my issue!

    I also tried to get data using dataflow, But again the gateway is not listed in Power query connection page!
    I am not admin on the On-Promises data gateway, is that just really limited to admin of Gateway to reach out to the data!

    the issue was with permission on my access to each connection. 
    I got access ’to use’  and problem resolved. 
    two other options are ‘to use and share ‘ and admin.
