Default Value for Drop Down (from a different SP List)

I have a Power App that is using data from (2) SP Lists. The pic shown is from SP List "ShortFormII". Within that list I have fields/columns Craft01, Craft02...through Craft12. In the 2nd SP List "ShopRateInfo" I have a text field/column named "CraftSR". For "Craft01" shown below, I want to use the CraftSR values from ShopRateInfo aas the Drop Down choices. I also have "Please Select" as the 1st choice (so I would like for the drop down default values to be as shown in the middle pic.

For the Items property of the drop down I have ShopRateInfo.CraftSR. How do I set the default of the drop down to "Please Select"?

Hello @Mudassar_SZ365 Thank you for the response. In my scenario, there are (12) available Craft fields. For this record only (4) are utilized. If I use the "If(FormName.Mode = FormMode.New,"Please Select",Parent.Default)" in EditMode with no Craft values I will receive errors (there is no Parent.Default). Any suggestions?

Hello @Sheraz_SZ365 Thanks for the response. In my case, the SP field/columns are text. I then edited the form Control to take "Allowed Values". How do I address this?
