I was tasked to create a recurring email that extracts 8 columns based on a person column from a share point list and send it to the person from the person column. I would also like to create a validation process. If the information from the table is up to date, press yes, if not, then direct them to the site to change/add/delete information. Thank you in advance for the help.

Do you want:
1. Periodically collect the first eight of the latest data from the share point list.
2. Make html tables for personnel reference
3. If the content of the information is inconsistent, provide a modification link for the corresponding personnel to modify the information
