    Hi,

Does this error happens with other users or only one?

Has his account enabled? (sometimes when a user is in vacation his account gets disabled)

Does this error happens in edit mode? if so, you can open the monitor to check which action is throwing that error.

    Hi Victor,

This error does not occur in edit mode, when I open the application it does not show any error but in some accounts it does. I think it is something related to access permission to power automate, idk maybe. The app has connection to Office 360, approval and sharepoint database, I have attached a photo.

    Hi,

If it is a Power Automate issue, you can ask one of the user to trigger the flow and check its history.

If it is a connector issue (I don't think this is the problem because all the connections should be created when the user opens the app), you can ask the user to check his connectors in https://make.powerautomate.com/ Data > Connections

Unfortunately, my connections are not loading to show you how it looks.

Another thing that you can check if the user account is active, to do that you can create a flow (manually trigger) and add Get User Profile action and pass his email, if the account is disabled some connectors don't work.

    Hello!!!!

The option worked: check his connectors in power apps -> dataverse -> connection -> sharepoint

    Thanks baby!

I also had this problem, I managed to solve it by sharing a folder in the site's library where the list is located.

Because many times we only share the list, the connection is not established.
