Process depending on the content of the e-mail

Hi,

 Task, if the message "Your message could not be delivered" comes to the noreply@hiba.com account, then change the element 'ID=xy' of the sharepoint list 'times'.
"xy" is in the subject field of the email that was sent unsuccessfully. How can I read the value of "xy"?
