Drop-Down Menu in Browser

Hi all -

 

I have a PowerApp that uses a drop-down menu to select from a List in SharePoint.

 

I'm indeed able to see it on my side, and I've checked with a few other users and they can indeed see it - although some users can't, and I'm not quite sure what's going on.

 

The effect is that the drop-down menu is simply refusing to display. I've tried refresh, clear cache, and different browsers with the affected users.

 

This is what it looks like.

 

I'm running out of ideas... I'm open to theories or help about why someone can't select from the drop-down menu.

    Do the impacted users have access to the data source, where the items in the dropdown are being pulled from?
