The Business Process Flow named New Process has a Review Stage that requires a response to be selected for the ‘Review’ column. When ‘Rejected’ is selected there is a flyout that opens outlined in purple below. Can anyone help me with other steps to find it to edit?

I have reviewed entity dependencies down to the field level. I have searched and searched to find this ‘form’/’dialogue box’ but can not find where to edit or even turn it off. The BPF started as the out of the box ‘New Article’ process with some data steps but there are no related Business Rules that I can find that triggers it, just the selection of the Review field.

I can see the ‘reason for rejection’ text is included in a record in the Note table and is reflected on the Timeline.

The Review column shows these System Solution Dependencies. I am wondering if it is the ‘System Form’ but can’t seem to find/view it. I checked in the Default Solution but there is only a single ‘Main’ form and when I try to open it, it refers me to the New Process BPF.
