How to clear a Delegation Warning

Can anyone help me clear this delegation warning? Tried a few versions below but can't get it to go away!

This is on the Items property of a Gallery - I only want to see records where the column Name matches the user logged in (varUserName) and exclude any that were created by the same person. It works fine but the warning is there.

//SortByColumns(Filter('Safety Information','Name'.DisplayName = varUserName && 'Created By'.DisplayName = !varUserName),"Created",Descending)

SortByColumns(Filter('Safety Information','Name'.DisplayName = varUserName && Not('Created By'.DisplayName = varUserName)),"Created",Descending)

Hi @RMD211 ,

That is because the Not filter is not Delegable - you can do this

With( { wData: Filter( 'Safety Information', 'Name'.DisplayName = varUserName ) }, SortByColumns( Filter( wData, !('Created By'.DisplayName = varUserName) ), "Created", Descending ) )

which will work providing the top filter returns record numbers less than your Delegation limit.
