I want to make a flow where I compare the date of today with the date in the list.

The goal of the flow is to check the date that a licence expieres, with the flow I should get an email when it's a month from expiering. It should run once a day.

According to your description, you would like to send email based on date comparing with utcnow().

If that’s the case, please refer below flow.

formatDateTime(items('Apply_to_each')?['ExpiryDate'],'yyyy-MM-dd')

formatDateTime(addDays(utcNow(),30),'yyyy-MM-dd')

I would like to get multiple items in my list, so if multiple licence expieres I only get 1 email.

You can modify flow as below:

formatDateTime(item()?['ExpiryDate'],'yyyy-MM-dd')

formatDateTime(addDays(utcNow(),30),'yyyy-MM-dd')

The flow is verry good the only problem I have now is that I want to do a query filter at Get Items but when I try to create a query it always fails. Is there a good way to solve this?

Hi @Double_v

Thank you for update.

The issue is caused by unnecessary 'apply to each' around 'create html table'. Please help to follow my flow and input item()?['columnname'] one by one manually. We shouldn't configure looping here.
