Changing License Designation

Hi all,

I am having trouble changing an app's license designation from Premium back to Standard.

I had used the dataverse connector in the past, however have since removed it as I am trying to move the app to Standard designation.

I have tried exporting the app (as .zip), deleting the app, and reuploading the package. However, the app's license designation is still Premium, even after publishing. Thanks!

Any tips? The only other connectors being used in the canvas app are "Import from Excel" and Excel Online (Business)

I have not needed to do this (so cannot test), but try

Select "three dots" > Details from the App list

Connections (at the top)

Select the premium connector

Delete (at the top)

Appreciate the quick response, but when I go to that menu, I don't see any premium connectors (I had a previous dataverse connector, that I have since deleted)

Unfortunately, it does still say premium. I've tried exporting the package, deleting the app, and re-importing the package as well to no avail. I'm still using the Excel Online for Business connector, but I don't believe that's a premium connector.

Correct - it is standard.

Hi jcc608,

I have encountered the same problem. My solution that worked was to remove the screen that used Premium features, in my case, the AI Builder, save and export the app as .msapp and import it again in a new app with a different name. The licence designation then resumed to Standard. I hope this works for you too before MS fixes the problem.

how were you able to export it to MSAPP?
