Hi,

I am trying to export and import a chatbot(solution) from a dev to prod environment. Although I am successfully able to export the solution when I run the solution checker I get the following error below which says Failed to run solution checker. Request failed with status code 417

Furthermore the exported chatbot does not contain all the topics that it has in the dev environment leading to alot of errors in the topic. I am not sure why this is happening since when I initially exported the bot there were no issues. Please do let me know. Any guidance will be highly appreciated.

Hello @ikhan_24 - you may want to check whether or not Administration Mode is enabled on the environment.

The application user (Power Apps Checker Application) tied to the Solution Checker feature does not natively have enough permissions to access the environment when Administration Mode is enabled.

If this does not resolve the issue, I would recommend engaging the support team who can work to better identify the underlying error preventing Solution Checker from working.
