Trigger a flow via column formatting (Button) in sharepoint server subscription edition

Hello,

 

I am trying to trigger a flow in SharePoint sharepoint server subscription edition with a "For a selected item" trigger, but its not working.

 

Does anyone know how to format the column into a button in that version of SharePoint? Is it even possible to trigger a flow from a item in on-prem?
