- The first two controls of the image work correctly.
- But I have a problem that I can not solve.
- The textbox and Dropdown1 and 2 below. was built with cascade, so I need to know how I can , edit it and see it in the form and at the same time update it from SP list.

I saw in your screenshot1 that the Business Unit and Country columns are not in the SharePoint list. Did you mean that you want to create these 2 columns from PowerApps to SharePoint? If so, I'm afraid that this cannot be achieved. PowerApps can read and connect the columns and items from SharePoint and you can update the items from PowerApps to SharePoint. But you cannot design and add columns from PowerApps.
