Filter(Documents.. cannot find some folders

Hello,

I created a filter on my gallery to find all files and folders on a specific folder path on my documents library.

Filter(Documents;'Folder path'="Shared Documents/General/backup/IMPORT/")

The issue that i have is that one folder is not displayed on my gallery (I don't have delegation actually because on this path i have less than 10 folders/ Files)

Why some folders could not be seen on my gallery?

Do i need to set up some permissions to that folder on sharepoint?

    Hi @Sormick ,

    Your issue is probably that filters on 'Folder Path' are not Delegable and you are only seeing results from the first 500 files. How may files are likely to be in your Library?

    Hi @WarrenBelz , Thanks for your reply. Much more than 10 000 files in total separated in multiple sub-folders.

    How can i create a Delegation for this path:?

    "Shared Documents/General/backup/IMPORT/"

    @Sormick ,

    You need to add Text fields to your Library containing the path or folders and then filter on these fields. New records can be done with Power Automate, but you have a big job back-populating 10k records.

    @WarrenBelz Thank you.

    The 10000 files are separated in multiple sub-folders.

    Do i need to create a delegation even if the files are stored in sub-folder?

    I created also a folder without files inside and it has not been detected also with my formula.

    @Sormick ,

    The only way you are going to get a Delegable filter on 10k files is to use Text fields with the folder names in them. I  suggest one field for each folder level and then you can filter on the name and field level. Also if you want to filter in file names, you will need another Text field with this in it as queries on Name or 'File name with extension' are also not Delegable.
