How to delete a file (Get around an error)

Does anyone know how to get around the following error I get;

 

Microsoft.Flow.RPA.Desktop.Modules.SDK.ActionException: Can't delete file  ---> System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. 
- I think its something to do with a flow overlap as it works when I disable everything apart from the delete file action loop. 

 

I've attached the flow (Its bigish)

    Solution Found! I had to changed the OCR engine from a windows engine to a Tesseract engine. And now they don't overlap each other.
