PowerApp Built in Teams with the Dataverse requiring a Premium license

Hello 

I have created a new PowerApp in Teams and its using the Teams Dataverse. 

Everything works fine but, it is showing as a Premium License designation. 

There are no Premium connectors in use, so I'm not sure why ?

Can anyone explain this ?

    So it turns out that you MUST use the app in Teams if you do not want to by a license. 

    If you try to "Open in a Browser" you'll get a message that you need a license. 

    As long as you stay in Teams, you do not get that message.
