The control you used is datatable ?
If so could you please share the default value of these fields. In case of choice field default value should be [ThisItem.'YourcolumnName'.Value] and in case of person or group column default value should be [ThisItem.'YourColumnName'.DisplayName]
Unfortunately, this is not possible with these formulas:
Please try removing the square brackets [ ].
