Error when using the option to create a topic from a description

Hi,

I was asking Copilot to create a topic when a user asks for a keyword e.g. Brown Bag and to answer that question based on a URL - www.someurl.com

Although Copilot Studio generated a topic, it displayed an error. Can someone please tell me what this error is and how I can correct it?

It appears the condition node is incorrect. It should be as shown below.
