Hi,

I am building a flow where my goal is to archive data from one sharepoint list into an archive sharepoint list.

Please see below my flow. I have an issue when I get to create item step. The 'source value' field.

When I fill in the source value filled to replicate it so it copies the data across it automatically creates a separate step with an apply to each.

When I then run the flow it causes it to fail.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Ben Skipper

@Anonymous Make sure you type the file extension type in the Created Item action.

    Hi @Ahammad_Riyaz,

Unfortunately I need use the 'create item' action as I am archiving across rows of data and not files.

Or are you saying I should use the expression in the 'source value' field like the below?

    Kind regards,

    Hi @Anonymous ,

I think apply to each 2 is not required, instead of that you can directly pass value in the click  create file action----

in that you can pass expression eg:---

    items('Apply_to_each')['Emp Code'])
Here Emp_Code is a value you can mention your source name, or identity .

    Regards

    Ahammad Riyaz
