22Hi.
On my enterprise we don´t have any governance policy about Power Apps, but we are building it. On my organization there are three offices that are building institutional applications, Process improvement, document management and services and projects, the last one is the only office that is part of the IT area.
We think that Services and Projects should be the office in charge of build institutional applications. ¿Witch is the best practice about who should develop applications?
