Create Azure AD Guest User

Hi all, 

I have an error when I try to apply for each

 

The execution of template action 'Apply_to_each_existing_External_User' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@body('Parse_existing_users_JSON')?['ccExternalUsers']' is of type 'Null'. The result must be a valid array.

I have the same question (0)

    The error shows that ccExternalUsers is blank.
