Power Apps Form not saving to SharePoint List

Hello all,

 

My team and I built a custom form for our SharePoint list. We had a cascading dropdown that referenced another list, but suddenly it stopped saving the dropdown selection to the SharePoint list. It had worked previously and we did not do any changes to the form before that. Was there an update on Power Apps or could something else be causing this issue?
