    Hi Gambhirrao,

for the upgrade part of your question I can't tell.

To check expiry date of Plan 2 Trial navigate to your Admin Portal at

https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home#/homepage. On the navigation menu to the left expand "Billing" and click on "Purchase Services". In the list of services find the Microsoft PowerApps Plan 2 Trial. It shows the number of days until it expires as well as the expiry date. Also it gives you the option to extend the trial. See screenshot.

    Kind regards

    Thorsten

    Hi @gambhirrao ,

Do you mean PowerApps Plan 2?

For how to check exppiry of existing plan2,  you can find in Office 365 Admin portal .

1.on the left navigation pane ,select Billing , then select Licenses.

2.under Licenses ,find Microsoft PowerApps plan 2 .

For ‘Upgrade’in your environment name , the previous version of Common Data service(CDS) was enhanced and released as Common Data Service(CDS) for Apps in March 2018 .

More details ,please refer to :https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/common-data-service/upgradecds/introduction-upgrade-cds

    Regards,

    Eason

    Hi gambhirrao,

to check on these info you need to

    1. navigate to https://admin.microsoft.com and sign in

    2. click on the Admin Icon to get to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (not the PowerApps Admin Center) (See Picture)

    3. in the left navigation pane open the Sub menu on Billing

    4. Click on Purchase Services

    5. Locate the PowerApps P2 Trial Tile and see the information (see Picture)

If you can't get access to the Microsoft Admin Portal, you might lack the required admin access. Ask your Office 365 Administrator to assist you.

    Kind regards

    Thorsten

    Hi @gambhirrao,

@TSchollthe O365 Admin view to look at expiry is only valid if the trial was started from the Office Portal. That doesn't cover trials you can start inline within the PowerApps portal. The two options for such trials are listed at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/administrator/signup-question-and-answer as Option 1 and Option 2. Also, look at the Note that explains that situation.

@gambhirraoIf you're an admin, to download a complete list of licenses (include both from Option 1 and Option 2), please go to https://admin.powerapps.com -> Tenant -> User Licenses and download the CSV export from there. It has an AssignedDate field. Your plan will expire 30 days after the AssignedDate if the Trial Column is set to TRUE.
